Our Founder
Cynthia Adinig is a nationally recognized systems strategist working at the intersection of AI, federal policy, and predictive modeling. A seasoned advisor with over two decades of experience in digital infrastructure and public systems, she has contributed to two U.S. presidential administrations, shaping national policy on diagnostic reform, algorithmic risk, and chronic condition surveillance. She served on the Secretary’s Advisory Committee for Long COVID at HHS. Cynthia also helped foster more patient centered legislation, for a variety of legislation including the COVID-19 Long Haulers Act.
Cynthia is the founder of CYNAERA, a modular intelligence platform now used across 32 industries and 180+ countries to analyze historical disruption patterns, from healthcare and infrastructure to legal systems and environmental volatility. She is also a trusted consultant to startups, research institutions, and global NGOs.
