CYNAERA is a modular AI and intelligence platform designed to help leaders forecast disruption, detect blind spots, and build smarter systems. Founded by researcher and federal policy advisor Cynthia Adinig, CYNAERA turns data into action across healthcare, infrastructure, education, and disaster response. The platform's algorithms address real-world issues by modeling what legacy systems fail to see, especially across disability, chronic illness, and climate-related risk. From 50 to 200+ modules and from 15,000 to 60,000 global deployment models, all in just three months. Now at over 2 Billion modules in around 6 months.

About the Founder
Cynthia Adinig is a nationally recognized researcher, strategist, and systems innovator who brings over a decade of interdisciplinary experience across advocacy, AI ethics, healthcare reform, and policy advising. Her work lives at the intersection of systems design, chronic illness, data infrastructure, and community-led innovation.
Cynthia has advised U.S. federal agencies on inclusive data systems, served on the Secretary's Advisory Committee on Long COVID at HHS, and was selected to speak before Congress about healthcare access. Her policy contributions have helped shape major legislative efforts around infection-associated chronic conditions and diagnostic reform. She is the co-author of research collaborations with Yale, and University of South Carolina.
As the founder of CYNAERA, Cynthia leads the development of modular tools that make sense of chaos, helping leaders predict, prepare, and respond to high-stakes moments through actionable, transparent intelligence. Her mission is to transform how institutions see the people they serve, and how systems track the consequences of what they overlook.
