Together, they help ensure that CYNAERA's work remains scientifically rigorous, community-informed, and focused on measurable impact.
Our Advisory Board Members
At CYNAERA , our board advisors contribute asynchronously to projects in progress. Our areas of focus include research and data, knowledge dissemination, policy and advocacy, people and leadership, and solutions implementation. Founder-Led Governance
CYNAERA is a founder-led research, policy, and innovation institute designed to transform emerging evidence into actionable solutions. While advisors, fellows, and council members provide expertise across science, healthcare, public policy, artificial intelligence, technology, and lived experience, final strategic integration and organizational decision-making remain centralized within CYNAERA leadership to ensure consistency, accountability, and alignment across research, publications, products, partnerships, and public initiatives.
Advisory participation is consultative rather than fiduciary or governing in nature. Contributions are shared through CYNAERA's Digital Dots™ collaboration framework, which enables distributed expertise from diverse disciplines to inform ongoing projects, publications, policy initiatives, and innovation efforts. Recommendations are reviewed, synthesized, and incorporated through a unified decision-making process that preserves organizational clarity while benefiting from broad expert input.
This structure allows CYNAERA to remain both collaborative and agile, leveraging multidisciplinary intelligence without diffusing responsibility or authority. Advisory members, fellows, and council participants do not exercise operational control, voting authority, or official representation of the organization unless expressly authorized in writing by CYNAERA leadership.
