You may access and use our Services solely for lawful, authorized purposes. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Licensing of CYNAERA tools grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights based on the tier and agreement selected.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, software, and branding associated with CYNAERA are the intellectual property of CYNAERA LLC. Use of our Services does not grant any ownership rights. Redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering of CYNAERA tools is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
3. Licensing and Access
Licensing tiers define your permitted use of specific CYNAERA modules. Terms and duration of licenses are described at the point of sale. Misuse or violation of licensing terms may result in suspension or legal action.
4. Payment and Refunds

5. User Conduct
You agree not to interfere with the functionality of the site, access accounts other than your own, or misuse any Services provided. CYNAERA reserves the right to revoke access at our discretion for violations.

Free Access Terms
CYNAERA offers free access to select modules for small businesses, startups, and individual users to help foster innovation and democratize access to our tools. Free access is available to organizations with annual revenues of $2 million or less and 50 or fewer employees.
Additionally, organizations that are listed as official collaborative partners of CYNAERA will be granted automatic access to our free modules, regardless of their size or revenue.
However, if we determine that the free tier is being used by a large organization (defined as having more than 50 employees or annual revenue exceeding $2 million, or usage patterns typical of large-scale businesses), we reserve the right to automatically transition the account to a paid subscription plan and invoice accordingly.
By using our services, you acknowledge that CYNAERA has the right to review accounts and determine whether they meet the criteria for free access. If it is found that a free account is being used by a large organization, we will bill the user for the appropriate subscription plan.

CYNAERA Digital Product Policy
📦 Delivery of Digital Products
All CYNAERA tools — including scoring modules, dashboards, and digital frameworks — are delivered instantly upon payment. After checkout, you’ll receive:
A download link on your confirmation screen
An email receipt with secure access to your files or dashboards
Licensing information specific to your selected tier
Please ensure you use a valid email address and save your download confirmation link.
🧾 Tracking & Download Access
While customers cannot “trace” their download in the traditional shipping sense, each product:
Is uniquely timestamped and linked to your account at time of purchase
Can be verified via your order confirmation and invoice
Includes a license ID that confirms usage rights (helpful for audits or renewals)
If you misplace your download or have trouble accessing your product, email support@cynaera.com within 7 days of purchase.
❗ If the Product Isn’t As Expected
Due to the nature of digital products and intellectual property protection, we do not offer refunds once a product is downloaded.
However, if:
You believe you received the wrong file
There was an issue during download
The content is significantly different than described
